Yes they do. I especially like the Winchester Model 12 photo. Something about them - they don't really look out of place in any company and the field grade is more pleasing to my eye than the fancier versions.

Here some of mine. The idea to put rifles "upside down" is great, i have to try.
Camera is an Canon EOS 650, i am using three extern flash units.
No photoshop work or something like this.

Here two more, not made by me but the rifle is mine. I wrote an article about the rilfe for the german gun mag "Visier", pics where taken by an professional photographer who almost makes all pics for the magazine. I have learned much from him.....

They are good photos in terms of quality BUT IMHO, they are too cluttered and detract from the rifle even though I understand why he has used the items mentioned (age).


The rifle, a few cartridges, oil bottle I can understand
but the telephone, light and telex don't add to the photo
and distract the eyes.

If I´m correct, is the mauser in pictures very rare single-shot Wehrmanns-Scheiben Büsche i.e. Serviceman`s Target Rifle....?

The items are from same time like the rifle. Remember that this are pics to illustrade an article, in the article there are also pics without deco pieces. These two pics used as opener.

I have actually used a telephone like that one,
I think they are made out of Bakerlite.
