Some medium game taken with the 470 NE this past weekend

I have had a good couple of weeks hunting here in South East QLD with some red deer, goats, pigs, Chital deer and foxes taken.

I spent a fair bit of time carrying the 470 and managed to take a good Boar, Chital hind, goat and fox with it. All very good fun and something different to its usual game. These big doubles are certainly versatile hunting arms

Would have thought that was too much gun for the game, but I am mistaken - nice work!

Some good shooting with a big double to take foxes with it. Much damage to the hind, or were you using reduced loads?

Not much damage at all! The big pills sail through but knock them down very effectively.
