On the request of a member NE is introducing a new "Auctions" forum.

The auctions forum is for charity and similar auctions for fund raising, not general auctions of members goods and services.

Members if wishing to donate to a cause, raise funds for some particular purpose can request permission to hold an auction from the administrators before starting an auction. The conditions for any auction should be stated in the first posts of the new auction thread. Information might include and also NE terms and conditions:

- what the purpose of the fund raising is eg the name of the charity, political cause, group etc
- what prizes or items are to be auctioned. Generally each item would need a new separate thread.
- any conditions or terms of payment, receival of goods and services. Exclusions might apply eg country where the goods can be sent to. Any reserve required. The reserve may be silent, but needs to be specified in the request to the administrators.
- auctions generally will be run by open bids via posts on the auction thread. A bid will be final and should be committed to. If a winning bid is not committed to, the next highest previous bid would be the winner.
- Due to the nature of forum posting, the highest bid not the last, would be winner. Due to people possibly posting concurrently. However a new post should be made if INCREASING a bid, not editing an existing post/bid. To make it fair for everyone.
- NitroExpress.com is not liable for any auction, prize, payment, merely acting as a facilitator of the auction. Unless NitroExpress.com states differently in the individual auction terms and conditions.
- The auction should be legal in the country in which the prize is donated and legal in the country the bids are made. It is the responsibility of the auction creator and bidders to individually ensure this is the case. And that laws of those countries are adhered to.
- Bidders implicitly accept these terms and conditions when making a bid.
- Other conditions as required in the future.

So enough of the admin, lets have some fun, and also raise some funds for some important projects, charities, needs.
