How Long?

For those that have had it done, or those that have done it themselves, how long should one expect a SxS shotgun to DR conversion to take?

Wow, that can vary a LOT!

If everything came together without a single problem and if the shotgun is of a strength that doesn’t need any heat treatments at all, it can be done in about 65 to 70 hours, from start to finish, ready to give to the customer.

If there are other factors to contend with (and there are many times) it can take about 150 hours.
