The Enough Project, the Satellite Sentinel Project and two other groups said in the report released Monday that the LRA has turned to elephant poaching "as a means to sustain itself," and that the militia uses money from the illegal trade in ivory to acquire food and other supplies.

Breaking news...
The guy has been in the bush for over thirty years, slaughtering whatever or whoever he met, and some silly NGO discovers that he poaches... Now?
The next move is: send money to that NGO, so they can help. Be my guest...

You beat me to it. This is definately old news, and just about anybody who has followed the situation for any amount of time is aware if it. As you said, they will be asking for money shortly...

Must be slow news week as Kony only pops up in the news when nothing else is happening. There was a push to stop him using children in his army then that went all quiet. Seemed the group that wanted something done had its 15minutes then went quiet.
