I'm interested. Has anyone seen this video before or on TV?
It was sent to me by a member and it reminds me of a story told to me by a PH who explained where he had got a scar from. A client had wounded a leopard and I forget all the details but perhaps they drove the vehicle into some high grass or the leopard "came back to life". He passed through the cab of the vehicle trying to get out the other side while the leopard came in through the window. Almost exactly like this video.
Not for the faint hearted.

I showed the video to my wife, who then reminded me of an episode we had in Aberdare in Kenya where she still accuses me of trying to permenantly get rid of her...
A small snip from our website on this leopard encounter:
"We had a small map of all the tracks in the park and decided to take one that didn't look like had been driven on for a while. After a bend, it went what seemed like verticaly down, but we pressed on and drove down in low 1st to use the engine for braking. At the bottom we were suprised to find a 10 meter wide muddy, patch of water. A.C. was a little sceptical, but I drove a little way out just to test the mud and it looked to be not all that bad, We pressed on and with a bit of wheel spin got safely to the other side. The slimy mud had reached almost to the doors and I suggested that she go out and take a picture, which she didn't want to, just in case there were animals in the bushes. Luckily! A few seconds later a leopard crossed 2 meters infront of the car from a bush on the left, to the denser bush on the right! A good thing she didn't walk litterally right into it! The leopard stopped in the bushes, but we couldn't see anymore than it's tail, which was twitching back and forth."
In retrospect, I should perhaps have pushed her out! Imagine the action pictures!!! She is pretty tough though, so it might have ended with the leopard getting mauled... And undoubtably I'd have been next on the list.

NOW, gentelmen, you know why the first shot on a leopard is so important not to wound! when you go in the bush after him, if he can see you he will get to you, unless you kill him first, and that ain't easy to do, on a steak of yellow!
