I ordered the "Boddington on Buffalo" video a few days ago. I will let you know how it goes . It says it is 2.53 hrs long. Should be plenty of info in it then.

I watched excerps of that tape at the Dallas Safari Club Show, at Boddington's booth. I looks like a quality tape, and I'm ordering it myself. From what I saw, it is a great tape!

Hi to all,
I also ordered the video. As ssoon as I see it, I'll share my opinion. Until then, African Hunter Magazine (Ingwe issue - No. 5 of 2004) published an article on the making of this video. I can't wait to get my hands on this DVD.
By the way, African Hunter website is at http://www.african-hunter.com

I bought it and really like it.
Now I have not been to Africa and my "knowledge" of buffalo and Africa is all book learned, so I am not the best judge of the information presented.
That said it one thing I really enjoyed was that it was a "how to" or informational video, rather than a "daring do charge stopping action" video. So it depends on what people want when you watch the video. Example, I watched with two hunting buddies of mine and they both fell asleep while watching it since it did not have enough action for them. I, on the other hand, really had a great time learning about buffalo hunting. So to each their own.
