Their is a video on - I thin - U tube where
what looks like a soldier walks past a tank in Iraq
and you can really only see a small ripple effect.
People said at the time it was this technology.

When walking up to a target to do a raid, if you
can do it without any chance of being seen,
it would be awesome.
