I doubt Manton made anything in 20mm

Metric and inch can be mathematically converted but they are not interchangeable. A 10 bore slug is different that 20mm bullet.

10 bore is .775 or 19.68 mm 20mm is .787.

Could this really be a musket and not a bore gun? A .75?

It also has been restocked, and poorly-look at the fit of the lock plate to bolster and barrel; and fit of hooked breech to barrel.

seller says "zirka 20mm" what means cirka or around 20 mm and tells me he did not realy take care for the correct diameter. must have been a 10 bore in the old days and I dare to say that it would not be easy to find two 10 bore's with the exact same diamter.

and yes its a rifled barrel

Not well done is right.
The drip rail fit to lock plate is very poor, as is the breech plug to tang fit as you noted.
A rifle barrel I'm sure - and the calibre might have been enlarged somewhere along with line, freshed or re-cut larger.
The lock and sotck doesn't seem to fit the size well. I've seen pictures (none closeup & personal, unfortunately) of Sporting Rifles up to 6 bore - .91 cal, where the barrel size was not evident, the gun's actual geometry being perfect.
