Got my black wildebeest mount this weekend

Well finally got my mount this weekend my coleection is starting to look like a nice collection !
It is not the biggest trophy but it was a great hunt it measures way below the minumums of SCI and roland ward. When I started to mount my trophies I said to myself that I will not mount anything that doesn't mke either book but hell I couldn't give up this old boy who gave me a grant hunt and challenge. He scored 63 SCI and 19 5/8 Roland ward with the minimums being 72 and 22 7/8.

Black wildebeest are smaller than their cousins but doesn't mean that they are not that tough a big bull will go up to 180-200 kg while for the blue wildebeest they will go up to 220-250 kg.

I have a great package going now for mostly South AFrican species consisting of a black wildebeest both brown and white blesbuck, mountain reedbuck and springbuck on a great ranch ! Same place where I shot my wildebeest.
