John, thats great pics, fantastic scenery and landscape. Did you have that good weather all the time? Some friends of mine was in Scotland first week october and it was raining all the time. The hunting was rather good, but it is bad for cameras and lenses....../Staffan

Staffan the weather was excellent and I was blamed for "bringing the good weather from Australia" It did surprise me as to how pleasant it was though apparently it was horrible before i got there. Enjoy some more,i am looking forward to Sweden next!

You are welcome. Love these big mountain sceneries. Excellent pic with that fog/low clouds coming in.

You know Staffan parts of that country I was in reminded me of NZ at times and I didn't realise how rough that part of Ireland was until I was actually in it.. ah! Such magnificent days in the hills!

Looks good JG. I'll give you a call to chat on how your trip went.

We Aussies think of Europe as a "domesticated" landscape but actually lots of wild country hidden in between the farms.

Absolutely beautiful country over there in Ireland. The misty mountain photo reminds me of my visit to Glencoe. Great shot of the Sika Stag. Thanks for sharing.
