J White has finally sent a check in accordance with my wishes. I will return the original shotgun and the barrels he made thus ending this saga.

I am now the proud owner of a Sabatti 450-400.

I just wanted to let you all know that he did finally keep his word and refund my money.

Thanks for this note, Erik - so glad it worked out for you. I was wondering about this, some weeks ago - then - poof - the thought was gone. Ha! Getting old, I guess.

Thanks Chuck. So far so good with the Sabatti. The comb is a bit high for me but we can work on that.
