Not a Bad Start.

Picked up an 8mo. Jacko last week.

Nicely put together, although I'm a little concerned that he may end up too big for good denning.

I'm told that he hasn't been hunted before, so I was interested to see what happened when I took him out with half a dozen of the girls. We put this feral out of a low tree, and "Jimmy" was not the slowest to get involved. Plenty keen and unwilling to give up ragging "his kill", when it was done.

Looks promising.

My Daughter wants a dog for her 6th birthday.
Would like to get her a JR.

Nice one.

Plenty of Jackos around.

Finding a good one is another matter. Too many poorly bred ones from non-hunting lines.

She'll learn lessons in frustration ands patience if you get her one of these, but that may not be a bad thing.

Best of luck.

Peter

Jim is coming along nicely.
He met this critter before I saw it, barked at it, chased it down after the shot and enabled me to find it by following his tracking collar.

Cooch,

well done to me and the little boy. Some nice sambar venison there.

Post more and glad to see you back with your great little fellows.
