I would definitely say so. No boss, impressive horns though.

How do you tell if you can't see it's dick ? (Genuine question)
Is it a bullock ?
Like the Water Buffalo bullocks that grow 'effing big horns.

500N,
Added a sentence since.
Cows don't have a boss for a start.
I assume the skull and head shape is different too, but personally would need to have a look at some to say.
Perhaps someone else can share the distinguishing features.
I think it was Finn Aagard, or another Scandinavian PH who shot at the time the world record buff, which was a cow.

This is a tough one John! The "skoff" (hump over the shoulders) makes it look like a bull, it is a similar looking animal to the one that I posted a while ago that was shot here (an immature 58" bull with soft bosses), this animals bosses (if it is a bull) do not appear to have even started forming (?), if it is a bull, in about 3-4 years, he will be a giant! My gut feel, it is a cow. Tough one this!!!

I would say a cow. She doesn't have that "You owe me money" look about her. Very mild expression.
In fact, she sorta reminds me of Veronica Lake. Same hair style. (Now I'm showing my age.)

Used to be a bull - but not now though, as a Lion ripped his sack off at an early age and he has now decided to prance around with a nice fashionable hat, just in case 'someone' notices.

Awesome set of horns. Imagine if it had the bosses to go with it. WOW! It's a cow. I hope her genes get passed on to her offspring.
