Took some photos of my Greener Martini

Had a little extra time on my hands today so I took some photos of my recently arrived Greener Martini in 577/500 #2.

Oh YEAH! Please - What's the bore like? What's the shape of the lands and grooves - Alex Henry or square?

Square lands and grooves. The grooves are about 2.5 times wider than the lands. L= .074 G=.287 all approximate measurements. Has a tapered bore also. Went in tight at the muzzle and eased as it went down the bore.

Very nice!

A mate has a Francote in .303 that's similar in configuration.
Very handy rifle.

Will do. It might be awhile as for the last two weeks it's been down to -26 for a low and -4 for a high. Shooting should be fun not torture.

Don't feel too bad Mike,, I'm in the same boat. I want to get out and try some of those new CEB bullets in my 450 and 9.3 DR's.
