I found this really nice rifle on http://www.collectorsfirearms.com/r1523.htm but have been unable to find any info on the firm. The rifle looks quite new....

Farquharson Rifle Co was a joint venture between noted Single Shot enthusiast and Author Wal Winfer and John Saunders of London Guns, but is no longer in existence. Very few rifles were made; but the production standards were of the highest order.

That Address is no good for Wal Winfer, just got a letter back from there. I have been told he moved. If anyone has his new address, I could use it.

The address I gave is Wal's former address and is in the "public domain" in that it is given on the dust covers of his books(and thus OK for publication on the Web). I had thought that anyone wanting to contact him there would have had their mail forwarded to his new address, but not so it seems.
