Question about stamp/Farquharson

This stamps are found on an Farquharson which is for sale in germany.
They look newer than the rest of the rifle. Does someone know what they mean?
Rifle is converted from .303 to 8x57IS, maybe from this converting?

Reboring and rechambering would require the rifle to be reproved, I would think. Surely you mean the new caliber is 8X57IRS!

Absolutely corect, converting needs an new proof.
But i havent seen these kinds of stamps before, so from where are they and what does they mean?.

Also corect is the converting to 8x57 IRS , not IS.

The rifle was reprooved (eagle)by the German proofhouse in Kiel (other mark) in January (1) 2008
