You know I think it could be a ex mil done up !
Being a 1907 , should be 00 or 03 , bolt handle , action looks a little wrong some how to ?

I think you are correct about it being an ex military. Still, it looks like quality work and is rather tempting.

this is a good looking gun yet it hasnt got any british proofs on it ,,it looks to be jeffery ,,,i talked about it with paul crosnoe when he had it at 1850$ about 2 months ago...paul
