DINGO GUN PRODUCTS would be your best bet.

Do a search and he should come up.

Here is one of the two that I have been useing for awhile now.
Bought them here in Qld for about $65-$80 cant remember.
If you want one I can track down the contact.
Bought the first one at S.C.I two years ago.

You could always import one of trader keith's culling belts http://www.traderkeith.com/products.html and not have to worry about verdigris

I also use the Trader Keith belt pictured above, and find it to be superb.

Mate I have two Dingo belts as well and he made one for my 404j but I really like my other ones as the rounds cant slip all the way through.

The bullets sit in the middle of you back so your rifle when slung wont rub on them.

Yes a good ammo belt or pouch often has a small leather ridge under the bullet loops to stop the cartridges going through too much.

ozhunter

That's a good use for those older style ARMY Belts.

I used to use leather belts but found they went so white and hard after drying, even if i rinsed them that it was more effort than it was worth.

I know try to use cloth type belt and canvas holder.

can you point me in the direction of the place that made your ammo slides i went and grabbed myself a belt kind of like yours while there i noticed they sell the cotton webbing on the roll might have to swing back past the shop and buy the rest to make a few more belts and some rifle slings.

good hunting

They are the Spanish made ones from Trader Keith but if you want to check them out first before you buy some I can leave mine at Magnum Sports or catch up for coffee one day.

Oz, for tool and pistol belts I use a variety of P37 British belts like yours and some post-War Danish web belts identical to the Brit P37, too, modified with the addition of a Sam Browne buckle to allow cinching over heavy clothes, then lighter weight clothes later in the day {we dress a lot in layers}

One could always revive this old design:-

Meanwhile I use this wallet by RWS which can go on a belt or pop into a coat pocket:-

Sorry don't have a photo of it on it's own just this one that was done some time back for another reason.
