Boars this morning

Walked a floodplain this morning for a few boars. We got four for the morning. Water levels are dropping back and should be some excellent hunting in the weeks to come.
I got the first boar which walked onto me and stopped for a rub in the wrong spot. 7m shot thru the shoulder and a 60m run and down.
Chris took the next boar which was feeding in a billabong at around 20m. The boar was down in around 40m.
Chris took another young boar at around 17m with a spine shot, out on a channel. I got another small boar on the same channel. heres some pics Mick

Aya mate,

Great stuff and excellent stalking! BTW when might the water shrink enough for an easier hunt this year and the geese arrive? Maybe as late as early November?
