Saw a movie recently(forget the name)where a burglar enters a house and the owner wakes up and chases him with a baseball bat out of the house where they have a fight and the burglar is killed when the owner hits him with the bat.The owner is charged with manslaughter by the law and sentenced as he had no right to hit the burglar outside his premises even though his house was being burgaled.Does this make sense,should the owner have let the man go and wait to be robbed again on another day.
Lawyer's, political correctness, and it is always someone else's fault. Rather than taking responsibility for one's actions is what is killing western civilization! The bully got what he deserved and should accept the consequences of his actions. When I as a kid the vice principal had a paddle vs a cane but same results.
