Rear Sight Modification

Anyone have a pic of JJ's "teardrop" insert in a rear blade. I was discussing having a platinum triangle inserted and he indicated he can do a "narrow base" insert with a rounded bottom that looks like a teardrop.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?
