Just thought I'd let those who enjoy fish know that I bought a packet of smoked Norwegian salmon today at Costco, and it is simply superb. It's also cheap with the whole pack costing just $ 18. I'm enjoying it on rye bread with thin slices of strong pepperjack cheese and hope to try it on garlic bagels with spread cheese tomorrow.

I experimented with recipes and found something that is quick to make and works very well:
Costco smoked salmon on French Sesame bread with olive muffalatta pickle (which I have posted about here) and some Romaine salad over it. I enjoyed it and so did friends whom I suggested it to.
Would like to know what you think and if you have any recipes to share.
