I don't think they had email, but I can do a search on an old PC, then confirm it with Karl, the PH, as I don't want to name the wrong company. If it was all through the mail, the paperwork would be long gone. I remember a name, but need to get it confirmed.

The shield was only part of it. The price for dip and pack was nearer to full shoulder mounts. The reason I told them they could keep the ffffing trophies at that price. They then reconsidered and made a new price.

The taxidermy company was Trophaendienste in Windhoek, Namibia.

Rather than discuss it on this PHOTO thread more, I will post up a "hunt report" where it can be discussed, debated, whatever, with some extracts from emails etc, and the comments in full. Including prices they charged etc.

Took this Warthog hunting in Limpopo with Limcroma Safaris in May 2010.
He measured 14.5 inches.

At Marloth (bordering Kruger) this chap used to come in every morning and night for a couple of slices of bread and a scratch on the nose.

Although I shot him in 07, he is just now next in line at the taxidermy for a full mount. Should have him in a month or so!
