Some of you had Butterflies in your tummy when you read the post heading haha !:D

Has anyone owned,seen or shot a .246 Purdey ?

If i am not mistaken it was a 100 grain bullet with 2800+ fps

I have never come across any. The .369's are very rare but isnt .246 rarer?

I know of one of each.

The 369 is in Mint condition.

I know of a .369 aswell and if i am lucky i will have it in my cabinet in couple of months.

what is .246 like? barrel length ,action etc

One of our members sold a nice .369 not long ago too.

No, I reckon they are different guns as the 369 is still there - and it's not for sale !!!

Pity. I passed on his 369 proprietary Farkie for abt $8K AUD if memory serves me right. Silly me!

The .369 which i am hoping would end up in my gun cabinet is in mint condition has its original color case hardening and original case with all its accessories and very rarely used it still has its original ammunition with it.
