Its hard to tell but it may be a Steyr Mannlicher?

Steyr Mannlicher by the looks of it.

Is it a Full Wood or just the way the guy is holding the gun ?

Mannlicher bolt handles are forward of the trigger guard. The scope looks like a Zeiss 4X in Mauser mounts, so I'm putting my money on a Mauser Type M.

India. Most probably in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

The hunter is/was the father of AR member Reddy375 or 375Reddy or something along those lines at any rate. I believe I have seen his posts, if not this very picture, on NE as well.

That is a 9mm Mauser, full stock carbine. My father is the person in the picture. He shot most of his 21 tigers as well with that same rifle. I will post some more pics soon.
