More chital stalking!

Some more pictures from stalking chital stag. They were in velvet this time.

Some beautiful pheasants.



The deer shot at about 150 yards at the botton of a valley.



Now the fun begins up and up the hill with a pack of meat! It was quite steep...





Finally made it to the top! I found a neat out deer skull with antlers on the way up. Too bad some deer had chewed on the tips, otherwise it would have made an excellent European mount.

Where is this place? Nice Cital.
Looks like a lovely place to spend some days.
The meat of these deer is wonderful.
I took one last year. Beautiful hide. Mine in velvet still as well.
