There is supposed to be a fellow in Wenatchee Washington that is renowned for his knowledge of Drillings.

Anyone here know of whom I speak?

You may also want to try Kirby Hoyt, he owns Vintagedoubles.com and lives in Wenachee and deals in older german sporting firearms, if he can't help maybe he knows the other fellow you are looking for.
