That's a neat Bockbüchsflinte, in very good condition.
I see Ferlach proof marks from 1940.

I'm just a victim of "wife abuse". Dad got me some rings set up. In good faith I told her I'd settle for leupold alaskan instead of a little zeiss, She still said Hell NO! So for now this is the best I can do on a scope. I just need a warm day. :^)

GREAT looking gun! I love these pre 45 Bockbüchsflinte. Nice piece of wood too. What does she weigh? Kevin.

I only forgot 13 times to check the weight. :^) She is a backbreaking 6 1/4 lbs. without scope!

I wanted to mention what a dramatic difference it made in the looks trimming down the forend on your Sauer, we need some pictures here. :^)

This is about all I have right now. I'll take some detailed photos tomorrow and post again. The Sauer 3000 is at the bottom.
