Well placed in the nutshell 9,3x57!

Interestingly, the three bullets most mentioned here (Woodleigh Weldcore, Swift A-frame & Barnes-X) are all such good products that it is un-likely that Pigeon will ever notice failure at all whichever he tried. Not that it's impossible but considder the odds?

His ORIGINAL question was for an ALL rounder, and to me that should include longer shots, which should then lead to a desire for a bit of velocity, which (to me) should exclude the ONE bullet that specifically does not want velocity- The Woodleigh. If he had asked about a DG round, the advice would (or should) include a Woodleigh, BUT AT THE APPROPRIATE VELOCITY. He wants an ALL-ROUNDER, so thats why I still insist that the others (Swift A-frame & BarnesX) are slightly better options, with my own personal preference the A-frame, simply because I prefer a bit of lead up front (personal choice)
