I just wanted to make a mention here that among people I've spoken to, Harry has an excellent reputation, and even though we haven't done business yet, I have no qualms about using his services in the future. I give him two thumbs up.
If a client has a special request, such as presence of a shotgun and extra shells, he should request it of BOTH the booking agent and the professional hunter.
If that request was made and the shotgun and shells were not there, then you have the basis for a complaint. But since this was a big game hunt, you probably do not have a remedy if the shotgun was not there, unless you sat around doing nothing because you had already shot all of the big game and plains game available.
