Which American broke 2 SCI world records?

The French on line hunting mag (courtesy of the PH Arnaud Mermet) informs of 2 news SCI world record : buffalo and redunca.
Does anyone know the name of the happy American hunter?
The guy on the pic is the PH Yann le Bouvier de Halna working for Club Faune.
