Any insights on Armstrong aperture sights
      #103958 - 01/05/08 04:03 AM

Hello Everyone

I was wondering if anyone knew about Armstrong Peep sights, I have heard about redfield, williams and lyman etc, but never about Armstrong. Any information would be helpful. Thanks

In Stroebel's book, Old Gun Sights, the sight is depicted in page 142 in the Misc. Sights Section. There is no accompanying text. I have read elsewhere that it has a self contained allen wrench for making adjustments etc. I understand Lyman aperture disks do not fit it.
