Guys,

I reckon that Barclays Bank have got a real bloody cheek to take this attitude to hunters..... so please feel free to copy and save this document and pass it onto as many hunters and hunting associations etc as you wish.

I'd like to thank those forum members who helped me with advice and support on this, however I won't name them here in case they prefer their input to remain private........ They know who they are and I'm very grateful to them......

As you say political correctness gone mad.

Sometimes banks will set criteria of industries they want no further 'exposure' to in terms of risk. However in my opinion that could not apply to you as they have very litte risk exposure because they extend no credit to you anyway. So how could that apply?

Seems on the face of your comments to be discrimination against a hunting outfitter business at least in my opinion.

What REALLY gets my goat, other than the arrogance of their attitude is that whilst they take this attitude with hunting companies, they have to gall to support the Mugabe regime to the tune of over UK£50 million a year.........

Try doing a search on Barclays or ABSA Bank and Robert Mugabe and see the stuff that comes up!
