No, absolutely not!!!! I insist that I be accorded the right to inspect it, for a couple years, then you can post the photos. Don't worry, I'll pay the shipping costs. Very, very nice. Now, how about some details, build date, modifications, chambering, etc. Dave

Really great gun.
What does it weigh?

Exceptional - however the fingerprints at the breeches should be wiped off, and no more sticking fingers into the muzzles to wipe out dust.

Ok....so she has now been defiled.....and it felt good! Recoil is quite stought, but managable. A bit about the gun. Made in 1927 as the 4th gun of a 17 gun set that the Maharaja of Khoto had built. It weighs just over 8 lbs. The only modification it has had is that the hardened and broken original recoil pad has been replaced with a new silvers style pad. Still playing with the loads, but if I do my part she will put them right in the black. The loads were worked up by Tom Armbrust. I'm a happy camper to say the least as I had wondered if I could actually get this old girl to shoot, and she does! Steve

I suspect these guns with all the leaves folding are sighted and regulated to be shot at point blank range using only the 'rise of the breeches' to give the necessary elevation out to 25 yards or so - ie: point blank shooting as noted. This is how many muzzleloading for-India guns were sighted in the mid 1800's. No standing sigth was needed as the thickening of the breeches gave the necessary elevation to the bore rifles.

My Greener .360 No.2 has no standing rear sight either - thought that was a little odd. Maybe this is for "snap" shooting as you would with a shotgun. On a paradox this is self explanatory - used as a shotgun. Different in a .360 or a .577 Snider. Would be fun to test "snap" shooting accuracy with a rifle out to about 50-75yds though.
