Game foods & Camp Cooking
      #192542 - 26/10/11 03:45 PM

Just some random photos and comments from time to time.

Lets start off with a Leg of Wild Goat I cooked last week, in the BBQ Webber, encrusted with herbs and spices and served with roasted potatoes, parsnips, and carrots. Cooked with olive oil.

Not game but still delicious. Racks of pork chops, roasted on the webber with potatoes and green capsicum and a carrot. Only one carrot as that was all I had.

Dinner tonight, plus some lunches to come.

Dinner tonight. Water Buffalo Rump steaks, covered with excessive amounts of BBQ sauce, the "South African way", and cooked on a cast iron kettle BBQ.

Chips and vegetables, very nice and juicy.

Cleaning out a freezer.
