That was just a note from Germany, a part of Germany with Carinhall and some more "places and people" in the neighborhood.




If I remember rightly Carinhall is South of Hamburg? Or elsewhere ? Feel free to share whatever you have.

In the scale of AUS it is. But it is more north of Berlin, Schorfheide.

I would have loved to owned that rifle. Besides its history of former owner it is a piece of Meister büchsenmarcher einzel stücke.

Many guns of the past has blood on "soul". If one buys a 1873 Trapdoor there is a chance it has shot Indians in the back and their children....or a K98 that has killed Jews, Americans, british or other allied soldiers etc.
