I have finally received my new Dorleac 9.3x64, I could not be happier. It’s a masterpiece and every little detail has been thought out precisely, the master Joel and his team as always have excelled in more ways than I can mention. Thank you Joel and the Dorleac team, you have built an absolute masterpiece of a rille, now to start thinking of a Dorleac 7x57 to compliment the 404 and the 9.3x64, thank you Joel, as always a pleasure to own another outstanding Dorleac rifle.

Well done Rigby350, you certainly picked the right calibre in a truly magnificent package completed by a true artisan!

If this gun has an Australian home I would love to acquaint with the owner.

Well Rigby 350, what can I say. I am disappointed it is not in 350 Rigby.

Seriously that is one fine rifle and one very good calibre. Well done to Joel and his team.

Well Done Rigby, you certainly have a real beauty. I bet that you will be as happy as a pig in shit with that one. Having handled a Dorleac rifle I know how happy you would be. I hope you do end up getting a 7x57 built, those three rifles will cover all hunting in Australia with ease and let you head overseas as well. Good one.

Matt.

Not to hijack the thread.
Yes , the 10,75x68 Commercial Oberndorf actions are perfectly tailored for the 9,3x64 Brenneke.
Bolt head , magazine box , feeding flawless without any alteration.

Maybe that I get lapidated by the purists and the aficionados of the historic - in my eyes somewhat anemic - 10,75 , but in 1999 I had that Type A Double square bridge 10,75 rebarrelled to 9,3x64 .
One of the most versatile all around cartridge for african use.

Third from top

Miles away from the perfect and flawless execution of the Dorleac creation I should ad.

Just curious, I'm wondering what the other rifles are in your photo's. Are you able to share some details?
