Shoot a Walther GSP Expert in competition, but like my High Standard Victor for plinking. Very accurate and well balanced in the hand. The Colt 45 style grip just feels "right".

CptCurl,

Your problem is something that we faced in India back in the old UIT days. We had a major problem getting all our pistols (Walther GSPs and Hammerlis) to cycle with Eley Pistol Match ammunition and had to switch to Eley Tenex to prevent jamming. I guess Eley have improved their quality over the years but this problem seems to continue with other pistols and other brands of 22 lr ammunition. A friend recently bought a Hammerli Trailside in CHicago and he has had the same problem with a certain brand of ammunition though I can;t remember which at the moment.

This is OT but I had to give away a huge quantity of 22 lr hollowpoint ammunition that I bought at a very heavily discounted price in Wisconsin some time ago because my MArlin 60 rifle wouldn't feed the first round for some reasoin. If I struggled to push the first round into the tiny chamber through the port and fired it, subsequent rounds would cycle perfectly. But then I asked and found that several people had similar problems. Unlike you, I kept the gun and gave the ammo away.

Good hunting!

Revolver:
German Korth Revolver in .22 WMR with interchangeable cylinder in .22 lr
Wonderful in mechanic, finish, function and, of course, the precision.

Target Pistol:
SIG 210 with rimfire slide in .22 lr

Carry pistol:
Korriphila TP 70 in .22lr
You can store it almost in a cigarette package...

Photos on demand...

Gentlemen,

I try to collect guns from Korth, up to now I convinced myself and my family to purchase:
- .357 Mag Korth-Revolver 3" barrel, ivory stock
- .22 WMR Korth-Revolver with 6" barrel and additional .22lr cylinder
- .357 Mag Korth-Revolver 5" barrel, Frankonia Edition with sand-blast finish
- 9mm Para pistol from Korth
- the Janz-Revolver (which is a larger Korth) in .454 Casull

If someone would help me, I will make photos of gun(s)you want to see and send the photos by mail to the Nitro-Express-colleague.
Please send me a PM how to proceed.
(Next week I have no access to NitroExpress, but I promise afterwards I will do it!)

best regards
Rolf

Since you shoot a GSP, I'll say Hammerli 280

I like the Ruger 22/45's. I carry a 4" bull barrel in the woods all the time. It is very accurate with a variety of ammo.
