I'm certain they would work well at Cocos too: one way to find out!

...although a Cocos guide might pick out one of those Squimps for you if given the chance.

Haven't done nearly enough bonefishing to try poppers but tiny ones work as a flicking prawn on our east-coast whiting so in the shallows one might perhaps expect some bonefish action! That would certainly be a hoot!

...provided a little GT, biddy, or something similar didn't get to it first!

I notice on Back 2 Basics, they do a lot of popper casting.
That is something I only did 'back East' in Ontario for bass
although summer (fall) Steelhead will 'take' a skating fly.
