Has anyone handled a Ziegenhahn DR or possibly know about them? Just curious if they are any good.

I saw a photo of a best grade double by this man.

Dale from Heirloom arms in Minnesota, was dealing with this and other makers from Europe.

Not quite sure what makers he is importing now. I was set up at a CADA show next to him in Eagan MN.

Nice guy. I think some of you may have been making some kind of "group Buy" on another board. They were Froggy rifles.

The Ziegenhahn rifle was first class, and was made in the English manner. At the current Dollar exchange rates, it is hard to purchase overseas. Heck, even the Australian and Canadian dollars are close to ours!

I am waiting till things get better to do alot of buying overseas. I just hope I'm not 80 years old then!

I know a couple of guys who have singleshots made by Ziegenhahn, and there's no doubt that he makes top quality guns.

The prices listed on Heirloom Arms are very reasonable for the DR's.
