Does anyone know the edition/number of the issue of "Handloader" that had an article by Ross Seyfried on reloading the 500BPE?

I'm out on a business trip, but will be home in a week.

That would be: October,2002
I use 53 gr. IMR4198 with 2 foam 1" wads and a Ranier 335 grain, 500 dia. copper plated bullet that I paper patch to .512.
At 50 yds. bullets usually touch. Good luck, Dave
