capacity magazine ?

very nice rifles!
But just a question : In the magazine rifle they are 4 cartridges and 1 in the barrel or 5 + 1 ??

I would say 4 in Mag and one up the spout.

Even though they have deep magazines, I have a 505 Gibbs
and a 500 Jeff and I just couldn't see on a normal stocked rifle
how you would get 5 in the Mag.

However I am no expert in building bolt action rifles so it is a guess.

Ryan builds .505 rifles which are 4 down plus 1 in the chamber, and .375 rifles which are 5 down plus 1 in the chamber.

The high capacity option costs a bit extra, however, as special bottom metal must be made.

With the .505 Gibbs the high capacity is possible, 5 cartridges plus 1 in the chamber, if I understand well.
