Be careful with your words Frederik or I might just stop posting and then you will feel a big empty hole inside looking for my well written posts!

Frederik & Christer

If you look under Christer user name he has just reached "member" stage. All of us others are still just "newbies". The member status has various bands based on the number of posts and I think the top one I input was "guru". When Christer makes "guru" his word will be golden and unquestioned.

Christer,
I also enjoy your posts especially the jokes and photographs. Keep up the good work.

Frederik

The Threads forums are pretty good and hopefully no serious bugs will emerge. I wouldn't mind picking your brain regarding some admin/IT issues. Will drop you an email.

Nitro,

How may posts till you hit Guru ?
I take it that 50 posts make you a member I see I don't have that in my forum but it shows how many times you have posted anyway ?

Do you think it was a good idea to invite Christer to my forum I'm beggining to wonder

Thank you guys for these nice words. I think it's sad that we are so long from each other because it would have been very nice to get together once in a while since we seems to like the same things and have the same humor.

Christer,

Like your new years resolution said you are coming over for ten days to Africa I hope you have time for a drink in those few days.

Call me a parasite from Africa a sickness you cannot loose I stick like glue and there is only one cure come back to Africa.

BTW people in Africa have this problem they are always thirsty

Sure I will have a time for a lot of drinks, if everythings goes well maybe I can take one togeter wit you! I will be hunting Limpopo area and plan to arrive to Joburg 18:th of July.

We swedes are also thirsty, last year as alcohol was not included we bought 5 boxes of beer, 5 boxes of coke/sprite, 5 bottles of wine and 5 bottles of brandy/whiskey. Did I mention that we also hunted a little. No, we were 2 and we treated everyone that wanted and also gave the trackers, skinners, maiden and chief some beer and the PH:s some brandy.

The South Africans have some very nice wines and at reasonable prices too.

When BigFive and I went hunting we visited a Jo'burg bottleshop and picked up 5 or 6 bottles of wine, a bottle of Marula, some Cokes, and Castle Beer. I also brought some Montecristo and Bolivar Cubans. The camp did supply beer and softdrinks but our supplies were needed by the end of the week.

Nice times at the Dinner table and around the campfire.

I will edit this message with some photos of "those damned people". Will let you know the joke when the photo is posted.

In Zimbabwe look for South African wines not the Zim ones .

PS Safari-Hunt - "Guru" is a state of being. You know you are there when you get there.

BigFive,

Welcome back and to the new look as well !
You will be fighting a losing battle if you wnat to surpass Nitro or CCHUNter. I've tried but I gave up long time a go. A very big plus point about it though is that there is much too read evertime you log in everyday.
