Yes, I agree, very valuabl data.
Ron Thomson is an undiscussed elephant specialist. None the less he is talking of safe populations in Bots, RSA, Zim. The future of ele is pretty bad in Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Suddan, CAR, Congos and Western Africa.

I agree that lots of greedy NGOs in every country are sucking money from suckers.

The problem is that now any useful idiots bent to protecting the fauna is derouted and robbed by ecologists (beggars) and this way the ecologist (shameless beggars) are capturing the worldwide hearing to our detriment. Fraud is more efficient than facts from the real world actors.
