12/7x54R A Zoli. 6x S&B. It has already accounted for one coyote. I like it allot. I used this same rifle in Czech Republic on driven hunts a couple of years ago. A perfect rifle with the shotty and the HV rifle also.

Looks good Mick.

I assume you carry it for the shotgun barrel, with the scope removed and put the scope on when required?

Same combination as one of my Tikka/Valmet barrels in 12g/7x65R. However mine is still awaiting gunsmithing to have the barrels fitted. As they don't quite fit without it, having tried it to my dismay. Slightly stuck on there for a little time.

Going by the ammo box, not the comment!

My thoughts are to carry it without the scope for Grouse and Quail. With scope for Deer and Elk, maybe Black Bear.

Here their is a chance of stumbling on a Cougar, Wolves, a Grizzly Bear or a Black Bear at any time when wandering around the bush. I think this lets me be prepared if necessary.

I have been carrying my 8x57R/16 Ga Doppelbüchs-Drilling but this looks like fun also.
