It is definatly fall, we got a dusting of snow in the mountains the day before yesterday and its been below freezing the last three mornings, my favorite time of year, the leaves are turning, the yellows and reds are fantastic.

Bit hazy up north in the state, visibility reduced to about 70 or 80 miles.

I read a book called "A River Runs Through It" and it really stirred my imagination about Montana. Marvellous place.

The bulk of the movie "A RIVER RUNS THROUGH IT" was filmed about 30 minutes from where I live...great movie...the river fishing scenes was actually filmed behind a house I rented in the early 90's...beautiful area--still spend a lot of time around there..hiking and fishing in the spring/summer
