I was lucky enough to obtain this gun from Colin in late December. I am going to put it with my S. Zihn 2 bore and maybe they will make babies??? Colin very nice work.

It was nice meeting you and your family, I hope you are enjoying your new muzzleloader.

Maybe they will produce a litter of 8 Bores that you can sell to fund your next big bore project. Haha

I got the advanced copy today, next months(Feb 2010) issue of "Muzzle Blasts" magazine has an article about the 2 Bore Boxlock, it starts on page 61.

cowboy - I just reveiwed the videos,a nd the muzzle lcoimb is much less than my 14 bore. I wasn't leaning into the rifle's recoil, but the lack of climb of yours was impressive.

Shooting 16 to 20 drams yet? ouch! That sounds like a resonable load, considering 16 was the heavy RB load for the little 4 bore(in comparrison). 20 drams would be 546gr.
