Black bear hunting

I am off to Idaho next week to hunt Black bear, Elk & deer.
A Bear is what I really want. What is the best method for bear that time of year ? I am on a non guided ivitation hunt.

I have never been in 19a. But I would think watching for sign and food souces would be as good as anything this time of year. good luck and let us know how it goes.

A bear eats ONE meal a day...ALL DAY. Food is the key in general. They like berries, will graze, and love grubs...

Lee...sorry I had to bug-out. I had hurt my back far more than I thought and have been off work since I left. You have some good friends and good bird hunting close by. Thanks for everything!!
