Bobcat in Yellowstone National Park

Friend of mine took these last week while traveling through Yellowstone National Park in a snow coach..

Holy cow! They look like someone set up a mounted bobcat for a magazine cover!! Great shots! And great pics by your friend! He/she should give consideration to getting them published.

It wasn't Yellowstone but I saw one myself last week.

All jokes aside, lovely photos.

Yes, they are very common..have seen them pretty much all over Montana in in several other western states.. really neat creatures..and fairly easy to trap if one wanted to.. curiosity is their achilles heel..

I am heading home to Cut Bank from Oklahoma City via Grand Canyon & Lost Wages.

I have seen two road kill bobcat so far on this trip. One a couple of days ago in New Mexico and one this morning just outside Vegas on I-15
